Community Internet Access Points Allows to search for places where to find public Internet access in any country (cybercafes, libraries, Community Centers...)

Most of the services listed herafter have been created by Search-engines Providers, and are part of the multiple services proposed to the users, in order to attract them on their site. This is a consequence of the advertisement-based economic model of these sites.
So there is no reason not to benefit from this!
